Since our services are customized and session-based, this Return & Refund Policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth client experience.
All of our services—including Basic, Standard, and Premium Modelling Training Packages—are intangible, non-returnable, and custom-tailored to each individual. As such, we do not offer returns once services have been delivered or partially used.
Our services may include:
Online/Offline modeling training
Personal grooming sessions
Portfolio guidance
Photoshoot direction
Styling consultations
We value your time and investment. You are eligible for a partial or full refund under these conditions:
You made an accidental purchase and contact us within 24 hours.
You cancel a scheduled service at least 48 hours before the session begins.
There was a technical issue or service delay on our end that couldn’t be resolved.
You paid but did not receive any part of the service within the promised time.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
If a session has already started or has been fully delivered.
If you were a no-show or canceled last minute without prior notice.
If dissatisfaction is based on personal preferences rather than service failure.
If you fail to respond to communication or schedule follow-ups in a timely manner.
We encourage open feedback, and we’re always ready to improve the experience during the training process itself.
We understand things come up. If you need to reschedule:
Notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
You can reschedule your session up to 2 times, depending on package terms.
In case of emergencies, we will try our best to accommodate alternate dates.

Our team will respond within 3–5 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
Once a refund is approved:
It may take 3–5 days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank/payment gateway.
You will receive a confirmation email once it’s processed.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
Repeated cancellations
Misuse of refund policy
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
